I would like to use the RecommendFriend module but when a referred friend comes to sign up on my site, is it possible to automatically determine the email of the referring person? Because when a referred friend signs up I need to give credit to the referring fried for the successful signing up of a new member. If I leave it as a task of the referred friend to tell us who referred him, in most cases he will either not do it or give us the wrong information... is there a way to give credit automatically?

I was testing my refer a friend feature and noticed that in the email received suggesting the product, that the zenid of the user who sent the referral was attached to the product link.

So, i couldn't find any threads on this, but are there any security concerns regarding this? If he/she who sent the referring link still had an active session, is it possible for the recipient to click on the link and be "logged-in" on the sender's account?
