I'm working on a Joomla 1.5 Welsh translation. Finished the frontend language files, but the administrator has a lot more to go - probably about two weeks at most. Thought I'd mention in case someone else is also working on it, so that we can avoid duplication.
Also a question (probably for Geraint) - I've written a Joomla 1.5 translations manager component. Manages the language files, shows progress, etc. Do you know a few people who could test it for me, and do you know how I would post it as an extension (assuming people find it useful)?
