Hi! I would like to use this component right after a user registers on my site. Like when they are done with the details and press "register" button, first they are shown the page of "recommend this site" before doing the customary things. Is this kind of hack possible? please help me.

Ya it will possible but it is not so simple to hack.The security measured taken by administrator is so strong not any one can damage your data.
