Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@yenekonjo.rankmalls.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thanks for your help.
Hi yenekonjo,

Don't quite know what the problem could be. But it definitely looks like some sort of a server settings error.

I notice in the error on your site that there is a reference to some other PHP functions - mod_auth_passthrough and mod_bwlimited. I don't quite know what they do or why you have them enabled, but do you know if you can disable those mod_ functions?

I also noticed in the error that there is a reference to Frontpage - do you have Frontpage Extensions enabled on the server? If so, you could try disabling them (probably through cPanel) and try the converter again.

And finally, in the error, at the end it states something about port 80 - the converter definitely requires access to port 80 in order to function properly (that's how it accesses the Yahoo currency rates). You can check with your website hosting provider to see if you do have access to port 80 or see if they have disabled that port.

Apart from that, I donlt know if I can help Sad

Please come back to this forum and let us know what you find out.

Thanks,

D-Mack

P.S. I also noticed that the other converter you have on that page (Joomla!Gadgets) also does not function properly - which leads me to believe the server settings are in fact the problem (I'll be it needs port 80 access to work properly too...).
