Hi,

i'm starting to build multilanguage service and want to use included language translation files, but it seems that they are encoded different way and I need to convert some of them to utf-8 which I want to use.
I have a problem to localize what encoding was used to save russian language file. Is there any information about this, I tried to use some tools with encoding auto-detect with no results, so...

already, encoding by encoding, found that it is windows-1251.

maybe info about encoding type would be helpful for other users>
