Before contacting us, please ensure you have checked the following information...
- Ensure the version of our extension is compatible with your version of Joomla!
- Confirm you do NOT have PHP code(s) in ANY of the input or text area fields in the configuration settings for the extension
- Confirm you can send a 'standard' Joomla! email using ANY OTHER METHOD other than the extension
- Try 'Resetting' all the options for the extension to their default values
- Try completely uninstalling the component then Re-install and test WITHOUT changing any of the settings
If everything above seems to checkout correctly, please send us an email that details the following:
- Your Joomla! version number
- Our extension version number
- Any and All Error messages you might be receiving
- Complete details on exactly what is not functioning properly
- Confirmation that you can send a 'standard' Joomla! email using any other method other than this component
- URL Address to your site where we can see/test the error(s) (if applicable)
