D-Mack Joomla! has a conditional 5 day money-back guarantee for all of our commercial extensions. If the the extension(s) prove to be uninstallable and/or non-functional on your website, you will need to provide us with a link to your site that demonstrates the
issue(s). After a review of your site, confirmation of the issue(s) and verification that the issue(s) cannot be resolved by D-Mack Joomla!, we will provide a
100% Refund to your PayPal account.
All D-Mack Joomla! extensions are GNU/GPL Licensed. All the source code in all of our extensions is 100% viewable (un-encoded) and you are completely free to modify/change any of the code as needed.
All purchased extensions include the following:
- Two (2) download attempts with one (1) week expiration limit
- Instant downloads
- Email receipt with an additional link for downloading the extension(s)
- Free minor/major version upgrades
- Free hotfixes and bug-fixing
- Helpdesk and forum support
If you purchase any of our extensions you are granted a non-exclusive right to use the extension(s) and accompanying documentation according to the agreement herein:

D-Mack Joomla! has no influence on the development of Joomla!. All products are always designed for the latest released version, but we can give no guarantee that the product will run with future versions of Joomla!Purchase & Download:
After you proceed to checkout and confirm your order, you will be directed to the secure PayPal website. Once the payment is successfully processed, the status of the order will be changed from Pending to Confirmed. When this status has changed you'll be offered the opportunity to immediately download a zip (archive) file which will contain the product -and- you will also receive an email which contains details of the order along with an additional link where you can download the product.Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of D-Mack Joomla! products (digital non-tangible goods), it is not possible to "return" the product once it is purchased and downloaded to ensure the product is no longer used. Therefore we cannot offer any refunds after purchase is made as a safeguard to prevent unauthorized use and duplication of our extensions. You are responsible for understanding what you are purchasing and to ensure the extensions will be compatible with your website and server - including compatibility with your version of Joomla!If any problems arise during and/or after installation, we will only refund the purchase in case we fail to help you resolve an issue. Refund claims for errors within the extension(s) MUST be submitted within 5(five) days from the date of your purchase.
Refunds are not issued if:
- You no longer like our software
- You found out an extension does not suit your needs after the purchase
- You purchased an extension incompatible with your version of Joomla!

Custom features:
We are available to provide services for extension customization on a per-project basis for an agreed additional amount. Billable customization services would also include code modification(s) you have made to any extension as well as customizations which will allow the product to function on a non-standard server.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the D-Mack Joomla! website is made available for your personal use and you may download any digital files purchased hereunder and utilize the files provided on your personal and/or commercial website(s). There are no restrictions on the number of domains you may use these extensions on.
You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) re-sell, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
By downloading a file or other content from the D-Mack Joomla! site, you agree that you will not use such file or other content except for personal purposes, and you may not claim any rights to such file or other content, except to the extent otherwise specifically provided in writing.
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in the DISTRIBUTION remain the property of D-Mack Joomla!.
D-Mack Joomla! reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
